About the Haggis Guardian Institute of Study

At the Haggis Guardian Institute of Study (HGIS), we are passionate custodians of Scotland’s wildlife treasure, the haggis. Since our establishment in 2015, we have dedicated ourselves to the preservation, study and celebration of this unique creature, Sus caledonia.
